Privacy policy
What we collect, what we don't, and what happens to it. Short, because we collect very little.
The signup form collects three things: a username, a phone number and a password. No CNIC, no email address, no documents, no uploads. Your password is stored hashed, so nobody here can read it.
1. What we collect at signup

We do not ask for your CNIC, an email address, a photograph, a utility bill or any document upload in order to open an account.
2. What we collect while you use the account
- Transactions — deposits, withdrawals, bets and balance changes. We hold these because they are your account records and because we need them to settle bets and pay you.
- Payment details you provide for a withdrawal — the mobile wallet or bank account you want paying, which must be in your own name.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser information, and login times. Used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults.
- Support messages — what you send us on WhatsApp and our replies, so a conversation can be picked up where it left off.
3. What we do with it
We use your data to run your account and nothing more exotic than that: signing you in, taking deposits, settling bets, paying withdrawals, answering support messages, preventing fraud and duplicate accounts, and meeting legal obligations where they apply.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Who we share it with
Only where it's needed to run the service:
- Payment providers — Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, banks, Binance and the other methods offered inside your account. They receive what they need to move your money, and they hold it under their own privacy terms.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers who operate the servers this runs on.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose something.
5. Your password
Passwords are stored as a hash — a one-way transformation that can't be reversed. We cannot read your password, and neither can anyone who obtained a copy of our database.
The practical consequence: if you forget it, nobody can tell you what it was. Recovery works through your username and the phone number on your account instead. Support will never ask you for your password, and anyone who does is not us.
6. How long we keep it
Account and transaction records are kept while your account is open, and for a period afterwards where we need them for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons. Technical logs are kept for a shorter period.
If you close your account, we delete what we no longer need to hold.
7. Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you. Message support with your username.
- Correct something wrong. Particularly your phone number, since account recovery depends on it.
- Delete your account. No reason required. Withdraw your balance first, then follow the steps on the account deletion page.
8. Cookies
This site sets a small number of essential cookies — a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a security token that protects forms, and a guest identifier for support chat. We run no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
9. Children
This service is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we close accounts we believe belong to minors.
10. Security
Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed. Access to account data is limited to people who need it to do their job.
No system is perfectly secure, and we'd rather say that than claim otherwise. The most effective protection on your side is a password nobody else knows and a phone number on the account that belongs to you.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
