How to Withdraw from BetPro Exchange in Pakistan

BetPro Exchange withdrawal requests go through us as your dealer, not directly through the platform. This is how the dealer model works: you hold a balance in a sub-account under our master account, so withdrawals are processed dealer-to-user rather than platform-to-user. Here is the process:

Withdrawal Processing Times

Processing times depend on your account type and the payment method:

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including weekends and public holidays. There is no cut-off time for withdrawal requests.

Withdrawal Limits

• Minimum withdrawal: 200 PKR (mobile wallets), 1,000 PKR (bank transfer)
• Maximum single withdrawal: No hard maximum on our end. Requests above 2 Lakh PKR via mobile wallet may be split into two transfers due to JazzCash/EasyPaisa daily limits.
• Daily withdrawals: No limit on the number of withdrawal requests per day.

JazzCash and EasyPaisa Withdrawals

Mobile wallet withdrawals are our fastest method. After your request is confirmed, we initiate the JazzCash or EasyPaisa transfer from our end. You receive the standard mobile wallet confirmation SMS showing the sender, amount, and transaction ID.

Daily limits on JazzCash and EasyPaisa are set by the wallets themselves (typically 25,000 PKR per transaction and 50,000 PKR per day for unverified wallets). If your withdrawal exceeds these limits, we split it across multiple transactions sent consecutively. This is why large withdrawals may arrive in two separate notifications.

Bank Transfer Withdrawals

Bank IBFT withdrawals take longer due to inter-bank settlement, but are preferred for amounts above the mobile wallet daily limit. We support transfers to all major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Allied, Faysal, and Bank Alfalah. When requesting a bank withdrawal, share:

• Bank name
• Account title (exactly as on your account)
• Account number (or IBAN if available)

Bank transfers settle between 1–6 hours depending on the sending and receiving bank. Transfers initiated after 9 PM may appear the next morning due to inter-bank settlement windows, but this is rare.

Troubleshooting Delayed Withdrawals

Not received after 4 hours (Standard) or 1 hour (Master): WhatsApp us and ask for the transaction reference number. We trace it against our payment records immediately.

Received partial amount: Large mobile wallet withdrawals are often split into two or more transactions. Check your notification history for a second incoming transfer.

Bank transfer pending overnight: Some inter-bank IBFT transactions settle slowly if sent close to bank clearing windows. Share your account details again on WhatsApp so we can reconfirm the transfer was initiated on our side.

Wrong account number provided: If funds are sent to an incorrect number due to an error you provided, we cannot guarantee recovery but will make every effort to recall the payment with the receiving institution.
